In a recent newspaper article it was stated that a man raped his 8 year old stepdaughter. The question came up, should this man be executed for his crime? If this man should be executed, it would put him in jail until the courts decide on same. That means that he would end up taking up jail space, take up the taxpayer's money, take up the court's time, etc.
I have what I think is a better and simpler solution. Have this man castrated which means he could no longer perform such an action again and would have to live with his emasculation for the rest of his life.
Sincerely,
Sylvia of Granada Hills
