Rocky's wife should have been in jail a long time ago. But no judge in his right mind would send anyone to jail for such a ridiculous violation.
So why did Rocky and his judge friend push so hard to send Paris to prison?
The DA cannot even keep track of his own insurance or the status of his wive's insurance or the fact that she had an outstanding warrant and no driver's license.
I guess these are some of those really SUBTLE things that an eagle eye District Attorney like Rocky misses.
Now we know how incompetent the man is if he can't even take care of simple personal matters.
Well he has been doing it for so long, he knows he does not have to play by the same rules as everyone else. Him and his wife are allowed to cheat the system with absolutely no punishment.
These crimes are much worse than what Paris did and just like everybody else in America, they will get absolutely no time and pay a small fine out of their huge city lined pockets.
The city doesn't pay for Paris' car, her insurance nor her tab. Well now it does but that's thanks to Rocky and Co.
The fact is Rocky and his wife have been breaking the law every day of their lives for the past couple of years, living as criminals.
They openly flouted the law and the system, and when they got caught, they tried to lie at first. When they got caught lying, they just smoothed it over like any crook does.
"Oh I didn't know." "Oh I was unaware." Hey I used the same excuse many times, I should run for DA.
Great answer, is that the modern way to say "I plead the fifth." ?
Is that how Rocky runs his legal cases? "Oh I was unaware the man was innocent." "Oh I was unaware that the laws applied equally to everyone."
How can anyone have any trust in a two-faced crook like that.
