Imagine a general contractor in your home. Imagine this handsome general contractor, Richard Scott, coming to your special home by appointment to give you a free design consulting experience on the inside and outside walls of your home.
What it all means is that we spend most of our time inside our homes. Let's look at the walls of the home and see if they make us happy, if they are depressing or we can make them exciting and energetic for our daily deeds. This means Richard Scott's workers and technicians can systematically paint all the rooms in your house, any color you like, or, with Richard's special suggestions and ideas, create an environmental paradise for you. Basically, Richard's company is green, that means the Dunn Edwards' product lines that he uses exclusively is tailored to be healthy; healthy for animals, healthy for children, and most of all is EG free. That means there is nothing toxic in the paint that can irritate you.
Richard's paints are ordorless and make it easy to live with as the work is being done. Of course, Richard is there bright and early every monring to supervise the work and sometimes he even takes his customers out for lunch at the Smoke House in Burbank to discuss color changes and implement new creative ideas, which his customer's share with him.
At this time, Richard Scott is offering a holiday greeting card and a special box of See's candy to all of his new customers who call in for a free estimate. "It's exciting to paint a house," says Richard. Sometimes his workers get so excited, they start singing songs while they are working. "Such as the French crew was singing French work songs when I walked on the jobsite, which made a very, very friendly and fun for not only the customer, but also for everyone else around the job; while my Italian crew likes to sing many Italian folk songs whille painting special designs for our theatrical customers. Whether it's a simple paint job on your little house on the prairie or your big mansion up on the hill; we will be there to do the job right." Richard Scott's studies with his old friend, Ben L. Silberstien of Beverly Hills Hotel fame, a detroit builder, a developer for seven years and then I went on to work with Abe Markowitz, the famous Beverly Hills builder who built so many quality apartment buildings and was known for his perfection.
At age 18, Richard was a young executive at Boise Cascade, then went into development. Richard became a general contractor and builder after he closed his famous talent agency and movie studio. "I can remember sitting with Greta Garbo up in her Coldwater Canyon home discussing unique colors from Holland."
Richard became one of the exclusive dealers of the Schoeder paint's company from Holland. "We offer European styling, American know-how in a confident, respectful attitude towards our customers being able to satisfy every whim and idea our customers bring to the table. After all, there isn't anybody that I don't know or haven't worked with in the movie industry, or medical or legal profession."
"We know what we are doing, we do it right, and we are ready to do business now! Please call me anytime for a free consultation and visit."
