I am old fashioned. I do not know how to do E-mail, online or website, etc. Nor do I wish to. When I make a telephone call to a place, I do not wish to be placed on hold or sent from "pillar to post." I wish to be talking to a live representative.
My bank account no longer sends me back my checks but sends me photographs of my checks.
The result is that people and banks are saving their time and efforts, but frustrating me.
As a result, I am beginning to wonder why I get up in the morning since by the end of the day I will have to go to bed.
YOU are saving TIME but my time is valuable to me and I resent the way you are handling it. In the interest of time, need I say more!
