Antonio Villaraigosa
used a fire axe to cut a cake at the Van Nuys Airport.
Surrounded by Fire Chief
Douglas Barry
, several city council members and the City Engineer, they celebrated the grand opening of Fire Station 114, built from Proposition R money.
