A story 60 years in the making

Sixty years ago in Texas, two lives became one.

Alfonso and Carmen Raffta celebrate a milestone this year on their 60th wedding anniversary, joined by their family and close friends.

Through the years, they have raised a family and built a legacy of hard work and dedication. With their family-owned business' (Carmen's Place, a well remembered Mexican restaurant, and El Carmen's Bakery, both in San Fernando), Carmen and Alfonso made their mark on the community.

They have impacted the lives of their customers and acquaintances alike and always kept their heritage, family and faith first.

May 10 marked this momentous occasion for the Raffta family. We, the children and grandchildren of this union, send our love and warmest well wishes for a blessed continued future together.
