Native son returns as speaker for historical group

Fred Samuel, native of Chatsworth, will be the featured speaker at tonight's 7 p.m. meeting of the Chatsworth Historical Society , 10385 Shadow Oak Drive
within Chatsworth Park South at the west end of Devonshire Street.

The son of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Samuel of Chatsworth, Samuel grew up in the area and now lives up north. He is employed at the Santa Ynez Valley Historical Society Museum and Carriage House and will be telling the local audience about the large museum and sharing some of his experiences.

Linda and Andre van der Valk, co-presidents, will preside. Bea Berman, vice president in charge of programs, will introduce the speaker.

The public is invited and there is plenty of free parking in an area in the front of The Homestead Acre. For more information call (818) 341.3053.
