iPhotoMEASURE adds 3-D capabilities
Contributed by: Dorothy Supri on 2/4/2008

Measuring Software Version 3.0 "Our most advanced release yet," says CEO

LOS ANGELES, Calif.,- iPhotoMEASURE, one of the most innovative new technology companies in the Los Angeles area, recently announced the release of iPhotoMEASURE Version 3.0, which adds several new features, including multiple depth capability for 3-D dimensioning, to the company's advanced measurement software.

iPhotoMEASURE products have a reputation for being easy to use. The user takes a picture of the area, room or object to be measured for remodeling, redecorating, or interior design purposes.

The digital photo is then transferred to their computer and opened with iPhotoMEASURE's user-friendly software. With a click of the mouse, any distance within the picture can be accurately measured. This is most efficient for professions where size, distances and measurements are prevalent.

"With version 3.0 we continue to extend the capabilities of iPhotoMEASURE while maintaining its ease of use and versatility," said company CEO and Founder Paul Minor. "The addition of 3-D modeling allows us to address new industries and new applications, while allowing us to keep our simple point and click interface."

In addition to 3-D capabilities, Version 3.0 also offers additional benefits, including the ability to measure multiple planes and fields within a single photo, the capability to measure planes at an angle, circle and rectangular measurement, automatic field recognition, and improved print capabilities.

"The uses of iPhotoMEASURE V.3 will be almost endless," Minor said. "For professional contractors and do-it-yourself homeowners, as well as anyone working in a field where precise measurements are necessary, the IPhotoMEASURE software will save considerable time and help users complete their projects quickly and efficiently. And with the 3-D capabilities, there's no limit to what can be achieved. You'll even be able to build and measure a virtual world."

MEDIA NOTE: iPhotoMEASURE CEO Paul Minor is available for interviews. A free version of the iPhotoMEASURE software is available to media and press. For more information, please call: 949-916-9120
