No. 1: Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from sun and wind.
No. 2: Gently wash eyes after a day out.

No. 4: Follow Dr. Khanna's 20/20/20 rule: For every 20 minutes of staring at the computer screen, look 20 meters away for 20 seconds.

No. 6: Don't use drops like Visine continuously.
