7 ways to protect eyes during Santa Ana winds

With Santa Ana Winds season typically running through April, Ophthalmologist Dr. Rajesh Khanna has some tips for blocking eyes from the harsh effects of the weather.
No. 1: Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from sun and wind.
No. 2: Gently wash eyes after a day out.
No. 3: Use artificial tears when eyes feel dry.
No. 4: Follow Dr. Khanna's 20/20/20 rule: For every 20 minutes of staring at the computer screen, look 20 meters away for 20 seconds.
No. 5: Don't rub your eyes!
No. 6: Don't use drops like Visine continuously.
No. 7: If symptoms persist, see a dry-eye specialist.
