"Grateful Hearts" - The 2nd annual Food Faire and Fundraiser, will be held on Thursday, Oct. 19,from11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. All proceeds will go directly to benefit San Fernando Valley Fire Stations. Firefighters have to provide, for themselves, the typical items necessary for meals, sleep, and activities while they are on duty and residing at their fire stations.

The "Grateful Hearts" Food Faire will take place on Oxnard Street between Owensmouth and AMC Place, and is open to the public. "Firebucks" are available for purchase, prior to the event, or at the Food Faire, and may be used for the purchase of food at the Faire.
