The community is invited to visit the Leonis Adobe Museum on "Wild West Day",
Saturday, April 19 th, and watch a cowboy re-enactment of the legendary event, "Tombstone: Wyatt Earp and the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral".
"Law Dogs & Ladies", a troupe of 20-30 living history actors, will perform the authentic re-enactments from the American Wild West. Headed by David Gomez, there will be
four one-hour shows held throughout the day, at:
10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, 1:30p.m. and 2:30 p.m. There will also be live music performances, an authentic chuck wagon and food demonstrations.
The legendary story of the "Gunfight at the O.K. Corral" took place in Tombstone, Arizona, on October 26, 1881, when Wyatt Earp, Doc Holliday, Virgil and Morgan Earp fought the Clantons and McLaurys. The re-enactment will include 1880's costumes and wild shootouts!
Admission is free for children of members, and $5 for adult members. Non-members fee is $8 for adults and $2 for kids. Leonis Adobe Museum is located at 23537 Calabasas Road, Calabasas. For more information, visit our website:
