The agenda item will include a recommendation to provide $25,000 for an annexation component to be added to the West Ranch incorporation feasibility study. City Manager Ken Pulskamp will be presenting the item and making recommendations to the council. Mr. Pulskamp told SCVTalk, "We would like to ensure they have all the information including the cost and benefit of annexation versus incorporation."
