With the many years I have practiced in Santa Clarita, I now have the honor to treat two and three generations of families. As with my own family growing up, I have experienced children become adults, and seen those young adults progress with their own careers and families. And let's not forget the seniors - it's been unique to watch so many of you maintain active lives far into retirement.

During that time, my practice has continued to evolve.I have three UCLA trained Dermatologists with me, and I continue to teach at UCLA so that we can offer the most advanced and efficacious treatments. Having our own Medicare Certified Surgery Center allows us the opportunity to perform complex cosmetic procedures such as liposuction and blepharoplasty in a very safe environment.

It seems now we have lasers for everything. But one point I always emphasize is that lasers are just a tool. They are high-tech paintbrushes that heat your skin. They are helpful and wonderful, but like a beautiful painting, it's not the paintbrush that matters. It's the artist using it.

What's new and exciting? We now have a highly effective laser treatment for pre cancer skin lesions.This method uses our V Beam laser and a special cream for a simple safe session with a day or so of downtime, and a repeat treatment about a month later. This system is a dramatic improvement over the old creams which caused you to be red and crusty for a month, and is more effective overall than liquid nitrogen.

Our V Beam system is highly beneficial in reducing scars and minimizing new scars after surgery-if you've had a recent surgery, contact us for information on this exciting technology.

Another new advance is the combination laser program where two lasers are used at one session for facial wrinkles. By combining the IPL photofacial and the Erbium in one session, significant improvement can occur.
