Dial Tone Services Launches OfficeRelo.Net
Contributed by: Terry Marvin on 7/20/2008

(Los Angeles, CA) July 18, 2008 - AT&T Solution Provider Dial Tone Services has launched a new service called OfficeRelo.net, designed to create a new source of revenue for commercial brokers, beyond the commission model. "This new service will not only provide additional revenue for brokers, it also provides added value for the broker's clients," said Doug McMillan, president of Dial Tone.

Typically, when commercial brokers lease office space to a new client, there is a tedious process and numerous steps involved in getting communication services connected; often resulting in delaying the client's relocation into their new space. By using OfficeRelo.net, brokers can get their clients into their new office space under budget and on time. "We estimate saving clients an average of eight to 12 cents per square foot versus "rack rate" carrier pricing by researching applicable promotions," said McMillan.

The full scope of services and benefits offered by OfficeRelo.net includes the following:

· One-stop analysis of the client's existing services; and review of options for the new space;

· Negotiating better prices from AT&T and other carriers;

· Maintaining existing numbers;

· Coordinating the client's existing voice and data vendors or finding new vendors, if necessary; and

· On-going communication with the client, providing updates on upgrades and helping them to grow their business.

"OfficeRelo.net has been a tremendous help for my clients," said Josh Gerson, a veteran broker with the Beitler Commercial firm. "My clients get a one-stop approach for managing what is usually a very complex and time consuming aspect of relocation planning."

The OfficeRelo program is offered nationally to brokers in all 50 states, and currently has membership with brokers from regional and national brokerage firms, such as CBRE, Voit, Lee & Associates, Cushman Wakefield, Charles Dunn, and Beitler. Brokers may sign up for the program at www.officerelo.net//broker.com.

OffiiceRelo.net is a division of Dial Tone Services, LLC. Dial Tone Services specializes in telecommunications consulting and has been in business for more than 10 years. The company has locations in the greater Los Angeles area and in the Inland Empire. For more information about the OfficeRelo program call 310-356-7000 or visit the Web site at www.officerelo.net.
