What:	Santa Clarita Adult Day Health Care Center offers a free caregivers support group on the third Monday of every month. Caring for an adult with memory impairment, chronic conditions, or disabilities can be stressful - at times even overwhelming! Research has shown that support groups help people deal with every kind of situations, and that people benefit when they come together to discuss a common concern. We offer a safe and supportive place to come and talk. The support group is open to the community. For more information call (661) 253-0700

When:	7 pm - 8pm
