Homenetmen Glendale Ararat Chapter is hosting its seventh annual tennis tournament at Glorieta Park in Glendale.
The tennis tournament started last weekend and will go through Sunday, May 4.
This year's tennis tournament features close to 200 local tennis players. Individual and doubles will compete in 19 different categories.
Tournament games start at 8 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
The community is encouraged to attend and watch.
Ararat 's tennis tournament is currently the largest multi-ethnic community tennis tournament in Glendale.
This tournament is organized entirely by volunteers from Ararat to help bring our communities' younger generation together from different backgrounds to create new friendships and compete in a friendly atmosphere.
The closing ceremonies this year will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, May 23, at the Ararat Center, 3347 San Fernando Blvd., Glendale
Distinguished guests will close this year's tournament by honoring and recognizing the athletes, participants and volunteers.
