Vincent and Albert Tam, nine-year veterans of decorating floats for the New Year's Day Rose parade, pose onboard this year's city of Glendale, Governor's Award winning "Our Bear Essentials" entry. Parked beside the Alex theatre on Brand Boulevard you can view their handiwork through the weekend. Come see and enjoy. Have a happy, healthy and prosperous 2007.
