February shows added for 'Spontaneous Fantasia'

The Glendale Community College Planetarium presents four February performances of John "J. Walt" Adamczyk's live animation presentation "Spontaneous Fantasia" on Fridays, Feb. 8 and 22, at 8 p.m. and Saturdays, Feb. 9 and 23, at 6:30 p.m.

Adamczyk is an interactive designer, filmmaker, graphic artist and composer. He won a Technical Academy Award this year for his development of a real-time pre-visualization system. He is also an award-winning pioneer of computer-generated puppetry.

For "Spontaneous Fantasia," presented in the GCC planetarium's full dome digital theater, Adamczyk creates real-time animation in front of the audience.

Admission is $10 for adultsand $6 for children 12 and under. Tickets are available at the door.
