VHH voted 'Foothills' Best Hospital'

Verdugo Hills Hospital (VHH) was recently voted as the "Foothills' Best" in 2008 by readers of the Glendale News-Press. This is the fifth consecutive year the hospital has received the honor.

"We appreciate the recognition," said VHH President and CEO Len LaBella. "Our purpose and focus is clinical and service excellence that meets or exceeds the expectations of our patients. We remain diligent in that effort."

Several VHH medical staff members have also earned the title of "Foothills' Best."

The physicians recognized by News-Press readers as the best in the community include: Drs. Eric Lee and Joseph Lee, Foothills' Best Cardiologists; Dr. Jane Wada, Foothills' Best Dermatologist; Laurie Flagg, Foothills' Best Nurse; Dr. Ronald Woodard, Foothills' Best Obstetrician/Gynecologist; Dr. Scott Beeve, Foothills' Best Opthalmologist; Drs. Allan W. Perry Jr. and Dr. Allan W. Perry Sr., Foothills' Best Plastic Surgeons; Dr. Brad Aguirre, Foothills' Best Podiatrist; and Dr. William F. Schubert, Foothills' Best Family Physician.
