Each year, Burbank's nominating committee selects a number of outstanding older volunteers who make a significant contribution to organizations and the community.

Help us identify deserving volunteers by submitting a nomination form.

Your nominees must be 60 years of age or older, Burbank residents, volunteered a significant amount of time since May 2007 and have not received this award in the past.

To obtain a nomination form, pick one up at the Joslyn Center front office; call 818-238-5353 to receive a form by email, or go to www.ci.burbank.ca.us and click the link for "Outstanding Senior Volunteers." Nominations must be submitted by March 7.

Recipients will be honored during Older Americans Month in May.
