Instant Polenta recipe:

Spray an 8 X 8 pi rex dish with oil spray

2 cups instant polenta

2 tablespoons olive oil (or butter)

6 Cups water

1 cub Knorr Chicken Bullion Cub

Boil water & Chicken or (Vegetable) Bullion Cub

Add Instant Polenta

Simmer & stir for 3 minutes

Place into pi rex dish quickly )it sets fast)

Let set 5 minutes cut like a cake

Place on a dish

Cover with your favorite sauce, & Grated Cheese

Great with our Homemade Marinara Sauce,

Fried bell peppers & Italian Sausage

For a variation add one cup of Sun dried Tomatoes in oil, drained, and chopped finely.
