Over the years Corsica's menu has expanded to include delicious sandwiches, entries and desserts as Lasagna, Stuffed Shells, Manicotti, Cannolies, Fruit Cobblers and Cookies. The menu is too large to list here; however it is safe to say that Corsica's abounds with delicious Italian food no matter what your preferences are. Weekly Thursday specials are a treat and available fresh or in the freezer section to take home to enjoy.

Mary's staff prides themselves on friendly service and cleanliness. Everything is made from the freshest ingredients using delicious old world recipes. Even the grated cheese for pasta is special, blended by Mary herself.
