CHI-RHO ministers Christian faith with Family Apparel.

Evangelizing the written word of God, Chi-Rho (pronounced Kai Row) Apparel, a west coast clothing company, introduces a line of family clothing that brings scripture to the forefront of fashion.

Chi-Rho's "Made in the USA" clothing line quotes scipture, spreads the Word and encourages believers to openly share their faith. The women's collection is specifically designed with the female figure in mind featuring contemporary styling and modest fit in sizes small, medium, large, extra large, along with plus sizes 1, 2 and 3. Women's T-shirts offer longer lengths for better coverage; tank tops also feature longer lengths and are bra strap-friendly. The expanded Chi-Rho collection includes men's T-shirts and camp shirts, infant apparel and canvas field bags.

Designs go from the simple artistic rendering of a cross to selctions of Bible verses and phrases that relay a Christian message. The popular women's "Bible Thumpin' Momma" tank top features a contemporary "tattoo" design embellished with rhinestone appliques and retails for $20.00 as does the "Too Blessed to be Stressed" tank top. With understated sophistication, a men's camp shirt reciting Hebrews 11:1-40 retails for $85.00. Canvas field bags featuring a sparkling rhinestone cross or "Born Again" design style retails for $30.00.

Chi-Rho originates from the ancient Greek monogram of the name of Christ; X and P are the first two letters in the Greek word for Christ, XPETOC. The Chi-Rho label is also an acronym for"Christ honored in reverent humble obedience".

Kate Little, Chi-Rho's chief executive officer, founded the apparel company in 2007 with the intent to design a line of clothing that was not only fashionable for women, men and children, but also served to share her faith in Jesus Christ.

Growing up as the youngest of 13 children whose mother passed away when she was only 18 months old, Little has experienced many spiritual ups and downs in her life. She grew up in the church but drifted away over the years.

"My sister gave my husband and I a Bible as a wedding gift nine years ago," said Little, who admits the gift was somewhat unusual at the time. "Years later when I was struggling with marriage and motherhood, my sister reminded me of the gift and the life lesson it held." In what became a life defining moment, Little now spends her time pursuing the Chi-Rho ministry.

Through Chi-Rho Apparel, Little hopes that others will choose to openly express their faith through their choice of clothing. "The intent is to praise God's word, profess his name, warn of the second coming and the Lord's wrath, instruct on how to deal with life, and encourage those who believe to express their faith since it's not always easy being Christian," said Little.

Available nationwide in select Christian stores, Chi-Rho apparel is also available online at www.chirhoapparel.com or by phoning (213)505-5221
