SUMMER SHAPE UP THE EASY WAY!

Summer's just around the corner. Maybe its time to lose a few pounds? Do it the easy way - with Hypnosis!
Before you dive into that "Bikini" diet - grapefruit and eggs 3 times a day - let's look at another solution to your eating woes: changing your mindset and behavior.
Preparing yourself for dieting before you even start is very important for success. When you do this part well, the rest is easy!
Using Hypnotherapy to naturally incorporate some basic lifestyle changes will ensure that you get rid of the unwanted fat and keep it off forever. Once these simple steps become part of your subconscious frame of reference, portions and food choices will almost change on their own and weight begins to melt away.
We begin with understanding your specific motives for letting go of the weight and reinforcing them in the hypnotic state. With this list firmly planted in your subconscious, you will easily pass up temptation and triggers that lead to overeating, or poor food choices, as you remember why it's important to eat appropriately. Saying "no" becomes effortless and a new healthy habit.
Next, we deal with your strategy for eating - things like learning to sit at the table, removing diversions, eating slowly, sipping water in between bites, etc., to increase awareness and accountability for what goes into your mouth. Learning how important it is to give food the respect it deserves is extremely necessary for positive results. By doing this, we also allow ourselves the full enjoyment of the eating experience by using all of our senses to help us feel physically and emotionally full. Soon, you will find yourself becoming increasingly satisfied with much less food.
Remember - it takes 21 times to create a habit - or break one! Hypnosis eases the process by enhancing your motivation and reinforcing these new behaviors.
Recognizing triggers in our lives that cause us to respond by eating, and learning how to deal with the internal dialogue that goes along with that, is the next step. With hypnosis, skills are developed that encourage healthier expression and activities, rather than "acting out" by eating. We are able to recognize any resistance to letting go of those pounds that you may not even realize exists. With this comes liberation from the need to overeat or stay heavy.
Daily exercise is considered and a personal program is developed. As we all know, exercise is key in successful weight loss and maintenance - but sometimes we just don't feel like doing it. Once again, Hypnosis comes to the rescue with encouragement and increased desire to go out and do it.
Using Hypnosis, all of these positive suggestions for change are successfully made and reinforced in the subconscious: motivation is increased, new awareness is generated, implementation of new skills is made and reinforced on the subconscious level.
