seminar on
Jan. 14 at 6:30 p.m.
Attorney at law Christopher B. Johnson answers your questions while conducting an informative session on the ins-and-outs of estate planning. Topics to be discussed include:
*Do I need a will? What happens if I don't have one?
*What's the difference between a will and a living trust?
*What is probate and is it required?
*Is joint tenancy with my children a good thing?
*Does a trust save estate taxes?
