A group of children have spent more than six months, participating in a workshop where they developed their writing and performing skills.

Admission is free and there will be a special raffle for all those in attendance - the chance to win a medium-size silver metallic and blue Mongoose Bike with a helmet.
Located in Councilmember
Tony Cardenas
' District 6, Casa Esperanza has hosted the classes leading up to the special event. Kearns, and his assistant
Joe Gill
, are both professional teachers and members of Los Angeles' theater community.
