Remembering Sen. Barry Goldwater

What:	NEXT › ‹ PREVIOUS The Burbank Public Library will host Barry M. Goldwater, Jr., former Congressman (R-CA), and John W. Dean, best-selling author and Watergate whistleblower, to discuss their new book, "Pure Goldwater." The lecture and book signing will start at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 13, at the Buena Vista Branch Library. Sen. Barry Goldwater was a defining figure in American public life, a firebrand politician associated with an optimistic brand of conservatism. With unprecedented access to Sen. Goldwater's correspondence, interviews and behind-the-scenes conversations, Dean and Goldwater Jr. shed new light on this political figure. Copies of the book will be available to purchase.
