The city of Burbank's Community Development Department's Team Business Program, in partnership with the Burbank Chamber of Commerce and the University of Redlands, will present " Business Planning for New & Growing Success."

The course will be held from 6:30-9 p.m. July 23 in the Management Services Development Center, 301 E. Olive Ave., Burbank. The center is located on the northeast corner of Olive and Third Street in downtown Burbank.

The importance of a comprehensive, well thought-out business plan cannot be overemphasized.

Much hinges on it - outside funding, credit from suppliers, management of your operation and finances, promotion and marketing of your business and achievement of your goals and objectives.

If you already have a business plan, please bring it to this session to review and update. If you are in the process of creating your business plan, please bring your thoughts and ideas!

The course fee is $10 for Burbank residents and businesses and $15 for non-residents and businesses outside of Burbank.
