Creating a good resume can be a daunting task. Getting it "out there" can also be difficult.

At Western Beauty Institute, those tasks have been made much easier for its students. A special area of the school's student portal Web site, my.WBI.edu, has been set aside to publish student and alumni resumes, complete with instructions and tips on how to do it right.

Prospective employers will be able to search through the abilities and qualifications of WBI's talented cosmetology and estheology (skin care) students and experienced alumni from public Web pages.

WBI students can start today to build up their resumes, and they can add to and change them as they progress through their classes, their school activities, extra-curricular contests and out into the working world.

Graduates of WBI are also welcome to use the site.

Resumes can be left up on the site indefinitely (as when looking for that next big break) or activated only when desired (as when looking fo ra job right now).
