What:	Writers' Roundtable presentation Screenwriting - Getting to the Heart of the Matter Every great film starts with a great script, but putting together something that works visually is completely different than conventional storytelling. Screenwriting is a different animal that has a very specific core approach. The writer must shed everything he's learned about clever description, snappy similes and painstaking detail, and get right to the heart of the matter. We'll be looking at clips from various films and discussing what makes a great film and how to bring that special Hollywood magic to your own screenplay. Bring paper and pen and be prepared to think succinctly and visually as we work together to unlock the mystery of what makes a great script. FREE Call 661/267-5684.
