What:	The Visual Arts Group of the Palmdale Playhouse will sponsor a workshop on "Understanding the Art of Framing," led by custom framers Regina and Jose Saca from 7-9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26, at Frame Plus, 38003 Sixth St. East, Palmdale.
